Emmanuel (Manny) Xidias
Principal, Marketing and Account Director
As the Marketing and Account Director for 43DPI Creative, Emmanuel Xidias, better known as Manny, manages the day-to-day interactions between clients and staff, communicates project status and ensures excellence in quality is met.
Manny brings over 10 years of experience as a freelance graphic artist, 7 years as an Account Director at a New York City direct marketing agency and 6 years of experience in the financial services industry. At JPMorganChase, he held various roles as a business analyst, project manager, web content manager for the Private Bank and direct marketing manager in Chase Card Services.
His direct marketing experience on the client side includes managing cable and package inserts, co-branded magazine print ads, co-branded retail collateral and tabling events for new account acquisitions. On the agency side, he manages multi-channel programs, new product launches, custom mailers, email and website development and social media integration. The mix of Manny’s client-side and agency experience gives him unique insight into client’s internal processes and an eye for creative detail that most account directors do not possess.
Manny is a native New Yorker with a communications degree from Polytechnic Institute of NYU and currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
Christos Xidias
Principal, Creative Director
As the Creative Director of 43DPI Creative, Christos Xidias consistently delivers clean, powerful communications for international clients in a wide range of fields, from food services to commerce to non-profits.
With a keen eye for typography and composition, this multidisciplinary, innovative designer possesses deep knowledge in social media, strategy, branding and content creation.
Christos’ prior roles include Senior Graphic Artist and Creative Director at multiple New York City branding and digital agencies. He started his career at a boutique New York City design studio named where he acquired his web design and development skills and eagerness to help small businesses.
Christos is a New York City native, avid social media user, and Pratt Institute graduate who enjoys biking, fitness apps and tech blogs.
